This is a new product from Asahi Shuzo, a leading Niigata sake brewer. The specs are Junmai Ginjo. As the name "nigori" implies, there is a strong "orikori" (ooze) residue.

Kubota is a representative brand of Niigata. Among them is Suiju, which is shipped once a year. It is a raw sake. It is a daiginjo-shu made from 50% koji rice and 40% kakemai rice.
