Fall 2022 Sanyin-Sanyo Solo Camp.
october 30 sunday day 4th
The Twilight's passing time was carefully told to us by the kiosk at Susa Station. First, we headed to Masuda Station around 7:20 a.m. to drop off customers and return around 9:00 a.m. Since I am not an early riser, we headed to a bridge near Masuda Station. The bridge here is long, so the Zuikaze would probably be able to enter.

A return will be coming soon, so we move to the other side of the river. As the panda driver pointed out, there were only a couple of galleries, even on a Sunday.

While everyone is pulling out, I'm going to take a few more shots at this location to capture Kiha 40.

Now, from here, the line transfers to the Yamaguchi line, where the SL is out of order and the DL is pulling the Yamaguchi, but I am not of the SL generation, so I prefer the DL. Even so, there were about 30 people gathered at this famous photo shooting location.
This is the S curve of Tokusa - Funabirayama.
First of all, a fuden arrived, so I took a picture of it.

After the Yamaguchi train passed by, nobody was around. However, since it was a beautiful day, I decided to take some more pictures. However, only limited expresses are coming.

No train will be coming for a while, so we will leave the S curve at Tokusa and return to the direction of Masuda, while still looking for a location. As you head toward Masuda from Hibara Station, you will see a wider right roadside strip, which may allow you to take a shot of the train departing from Hibara Station.

Also Nippara-Aobara, but a little closer to Masuda, at the Takatsu River bridge. We parked at a vacant lot near the river on Route 9.

We will now return to our hotel in Masuda at sunset. Tomorrow, after taking the San-in Line for the first half of the day, we will head to Hiroshima Prefecture all the way to the famous three tunnels.

October 31st Monday day 5th
First, head to the Orii-Shufu shooting spot. The location is shown on the map, but it is a bit tricky to photograph. There is a wide roadside strip on the mountain side of the road, so park your car there. To shoot, cross the road, walk to the left, go over the guardrail, and you will find a narrow but wide area where you will be able to shoot.

Without much success, the line is transferred to the Geibi Line's three tunnels in Kuson.
Access is easy, but the roadside strip at the photo spot seems to be used for passing each other because the road leading toward Shimofukagawa is narrow beyond that point, and although no attention was paid, if possible, it is better for your mental health to park there because the area near Kuson Station is wider.
Also, when you leave, if you continue on the narrow road along the river, you will get lost. We recommend that you return to the Takase Bridge, even if it is troublesome.
However, at first glance it appears to be just an ordinary tunnel removal. A train can be seen beyond the tunnel, but there is no light in the middle of the tunnel, making it difficult to determine the conditions. It was a clear day, but we could not see it at all.
When I turned up the sensitivity as high as I could, I could see the faintest hint of light.

Now, without much success in removing the tunnel, we went to today's hotel. We went to Hotel Route One along the Kabe line on the other side of the river. The road around the hotel was very narrow, and we could not enter the parking lot in front of Route One due to height restrictions. The parking lot of such a cheap hotel is often located behind the hotel, so we went around to the back and found a parking lot after all.
