This is a new sake from Machida Sake Brewery in Maebashi City. To my surprise, the sake rice is Gohyakumangoku from Niigata Prefecture, and there is no orikashi. The aroma is a so-called fruit aroma cabro

It has a sweetness and acidity mixed with a hint of rice powder and a bit of astringency. The alcohol content does not seem to be 18%. The aroma is that of dregs with a little residual malted rice.
