We have obtained a hard-to-find sake in Japan that is a twin of Jyushiyo, Nikkaku, and Hiyoroki. It is a highly aromatic sake with low acidity, typical of Gohyakumangoku.

This is my first sake from the Tenzan Sake Brewery in Saga Prefecture. I thought Kyushu was a place where good sake was hard to find due to its shochu culture. Well, here it is.
